After 20 + years of abuse from 2 kids and friends, and outside in the elements here in Oregon, our 10 x 14 is just now showing its age. By rights it should have fallen apart and gone to the junk-yard long ago. We got our investment back many times over. Time for some new side-pads. Good job Sundance!
